We have overseen a variety of projects from full refurbishments, the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms to more simple minor repairs. We showcase below some of the projects that we have worked on.
Project 1
This particular project was interesting from the outset. Having been occupied and used to grow cannabis by the former inhabitants, the team had to overcome various challenges to get this property up to scratch. The property was occupied within days of hitting the rental market and now provides a lovely home for a young family!
Project 2
A quick turnaround was required to update this tired kitchen to a more modern style. We had a small window between tenancies in which to get the work carried out and ensure the void time between tenants was kept to a minimum for our clients. Despite some untidy pipework unearthed behind the old units, the team worked quickly to get the job done! The property was let within a week of putting on the market!
