Established in 2023, the team at LT Property Services have come together with the aim of alleviating the frustrations involved with property refurbishments and the everyday property maintenance that occurs within the private rented sector.  

 

An extensive level of experience and knowledge gained, in the private and social housing sector as well as the plumbing and gas industry, over the last 25 years has enabled us to come together provide a "one stop shop" for our clients.

We can oversee the entire refurbishment of a property, taking it from a rundown and tired house to a stunning, fresh and functionable home. Whether you want to be hands on or hands off, we will always endeavour to accommodate your requirements.

We work with a team of high quality contractors including joiners, electricians, plumbers, gas engineers and decorators to ensure that all jobs are finished too the highest of standards - whether big or small.

Our services also extend to the ongoing maintenance involved with owning a rental property or portfolio. The ever changing demands imposed on Landlords, whether it be through legislation or expectations of the market, can make the private rented sector a daunting place.
